Looking for a place that's more than just a hall? At WÄBEREI, you'll experience a unique interplay of historical industrial charm and modern design. Every event becomes something special here – whether it's a birthday, wedding, company event, or club night.

You can expect an almost four-meter-high ship's propeller, stylish Hollywood swings, a spacious smoker's lounge, and a modern light show that perfectly sets the mood for any occasion. Three lounges offer you and your guests flexibility and space for every idea. State-of-the-art technology and an experienced team ensure that everything runs smoothly – from the presentation to the party.

WÄBEREI is easily accessible: Just 150 metres from the motorway, over 150 parking spaces directly outside, and excellent public transport links. This makes your event completely relaxed – for you and your guests.

TO THE WÄBEREI! – ARRIVAL

Getting to WÄBEREI is easy – whether by car, bus, or train.

🚗 By car
WÄBEREI is located in the Schild industrial area in Liestal, just 150 metres from the Liestal Nord motorway exit. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit, then the 1st left immediately. There are over 150 parking spaces in the Schild area.

🚋 By public transport
Bus lines 78 and 81 stop directly outside (stop Schildareal). Liestal, as the cantonal capital, is easily accessible by train – from Liestal station, it's only about a 10-minute walk to us.

Admission policy – short & clear

🎉 Guest mix: Relaxed, urban, festive, loud – the main thing is a good atmosphere.

🚫 No place for: Aggression, racism, macho behaviour, crude pick-up lines, gangster style.

🪪 Minimum age: 18+ (higher depending on the event) – Official ID is strictly required if there is any doubt.

🧥 Cloakroom: Mandatory for jackets & larger bags (CHF 2.–).

🔄 One-Way: No re-entry after leaving the club.

🍾 Bottles: Bringing in or taking out forbidden.

❌ No-Go Items: Knives, weapons, drugs, spray cans, pens, etc.

📹 Security: Indoor & outdoor areas are video-monitored.

🚷 No entry: Drunk, under the influence of drugs, or in tracksuits/tank tops.

🙅 Respect: Inappropriate behaviour = no entry.

🛡 House Rules: Instructions from security personnel are binding.

Lost Property & Lost Cloakroom Ticket

We process requests for lost items within 72 hours.

Lost cloakroom ticket? This applies:

❌ No ticket, no release while the event is ongoing
💰 Service charge: CHF 10.– (payable in cash or via Twint upon collection)
🔍 Why so strict?
Without a ticket, we cannot guarantee that the item truly belongs to you – and during the event, we don't have time for detailed clarification.

Thank you for your understanding – this keeps everything fair and safe for all guests.

Lounges – your base in the WÄBEREI

Want your own lounge for you and your crew? No problem – we have three lounges for you:

2 small lounges: for 4–6 people
1 large lounge: for 6–8 people

Conditions:

🍾 Minimum consumption: Bottle service (entry already included)

👔 Minimum age men: 20+

⏰ Reservation duration: until 11:30 PM

💳 Reservation fee: CHF 100.– (no refund if you do not show up)

Security - Yours and ours is important to us

We want all guests to be able to celebrate safely and carefree at WÄBEREI. That's why, in addition to video surveillance, we rely on an experienced security team from the company GSG.

Our principles:

🚫 No weapons or dangerous items – knives, brass knuckles etc. have no place here.

📹 CCTV surveillance – throughout the club except in the toilets.

🛑 Blacklist & House Ban – inappropriate behaviour leads to immediate exclusion.

🛡 GSG Security – for your well-being, professionally trained for emergencies.

📜 House Rules – anyone who disregards them must expect immediate reporting to the authorities and legal action.

✋ A NO is always a NO – respect is non-negotiable.

💊 Zero tolerance for hard drugs – as well as for dealers.
